NAAPE ACCUSES BRISTOW HELICOPTER MANAGEMENT OF RACISM, EXPATRIATE QUOTA FRAUD

The National Association of Aircraft Pilots and Engineers(NAAPE) has accused Bristow management of practicing racial discrimination against Nigerians and allegedly violating expatriate quota in the service of the Company.

Addressing the press, NAAPE President, Abednego Galadima said, the management continues to deny qualified Nigerian engineers promotion into senior management position while continually training expatriates to hold same positions in perpetuity

According to him,10 Nigerian pilots who obtained their flying licence from Florida over four years ago also remain in limbo while most of the senior first officers that are due to take command as Captains remain stagnant, ploy by the management to bring in foreigners.
